1. What about Shipping and Delivery times?
We ship using UPS. Most orders are shipped out in 2-3
business days. Larger sample orders can take a bit longer -
up to two weeks for processing. The more time you can give
us before your big event, the better we can ensure you will
get your products delivered with more than enough time.
For personalized tags, please allow 5-7 business days for
processing. Tags are mailed separately from the order
itself, using the US Postal Service.
2. Does Wedding Favor Saver ship internationally?
At this time, we can only ship to Canada and the United
States.
3. What about returns?
We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchases.
However, we understand that sometimes returns and exchanges
are necessary. So, if for some reason you are not completely
satisfied, we offer the following easy return policy:
Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:
* Personalized items (unless there is error on our part)
* Edible items
* Personal care items
Please contact us within 30 days of ordering your wedding
favors and we will send your instructions on how to return
your purchase.
We cannot accept items for return or exchange that are not
in resalable condition.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE: You are responsible for shipping. We do
not refund shipping charges. No credit is given for lost
packages and nonreturnable items returned to us will not be
shipped back to you nor credited to your account. We do
strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable
shipping method as we cannot be responsible for damaged or
lost return packages.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and
take our responsibilities regarding the security of personal
information very seriously.

(2CO), our financial transaction partners, provide our online
subscription capability. When paying us a fee for our consulting
services, your credit card information is sent to 2
CheckOut Dot Com via their secure
server. They use the latest, most secure technology available, which
encrypts all your personal and credit card details so that your
credit or debit card details cannot be read as they travel over the
internet.
Your credit card information is then held in
2CO's secure database for a period of time to allow us to process
your subscription. Your credit card information can only be
exchanged between you and 2CO.
